This Congressman was a mortal innocent killed by the warlock Devlin.

HistoryEdit

In 2001, the congressman was preparing a speech with little success. His Muse soon appeared to inspire him, allowing him to come up with an amazing speech. However, at that very moment, Devlin blinked in and used the Ring of Inspiration to imprison the Muse. He then killed the congressman with his Touch of Death.
