Something Wicca This Way Comes
Edit

When Piper comes home to the manor, Prue asks Piper where she had been. Piper said that she was in China Town looking for ingredients for her audition recipe. Prue then asks if that "Wolfgang Puck knock off" hired her after her interview but of course he did not. In Piper's audition recipe, she prepared a roast pork with gratin of Florence and penne with a port giblet sauce. Chef Moore said that without the sauce the dish was nothing more than a "salty marinara a recipe from a woman's magazine.". Because Piper ran out of time and certainly wasn't going to be granted any more seconds from Chef Moore, she accidentally froze him for her very first time, thus giving herself plenty of time to add the much needed port. Chef Moore loved the dish and hired Piper to work at Quake.
I've Got You Under My Skin
Edit
A week later, on a busy night Piper complains to Phoebe that she is going to kill Chef Moore ("he of the phony accents") because right after he hired Piper he quit Quake to open up his new place, leaving Piper short-handed on a very busy night.
