Cassie is a major character in the book, High Spirits. She is the love interest of Kevin Peterson, who had been in love with her for a long time. Unfortunately, by the time he decided to make his move, Cassie was already in a relationship with Ryan Tobias.
History[]
High School Years and Afterwards[]
Cassie used to be on the wrestling team in the same high school that Paige and Kevin. After graduation, she eventually wound up working at a comic book store.
A fire erupted in a building across the street from the store, and Cassie saved a girl trapped on the fourth floor. Cassie climbed up the fire escape and saved her. This heroic act made front page news, and Kevin got the job to write an article about her. They reconnected through this incident, and two months later, Kevin sold his first screenplay.
Kevin's New Home[]
Cassie and her boyfriend Ryan were invited to Kevin's new home for a weekend long party. While there, she announced her relationship with Ryan, unwittingly crushing Kevin's heart.
Ryan and Karl knew of Kevin's affection and plotted to ruin all of his chances at winning Cassie's heart by setting her guest room on fire, making her fall into the backyard swimming pool. The spirit of Robert Maxwell and influence of X'ahroth added to the damage.
She and the other guests were later kidnapped and contained in a dream world of their desires. Cassie dreamt that she and Ryan were married, had two children and were working towards improving the world. Emily DuChancey leaped into the dream to tell her to wake up and see Kevin's true heart. She came to, and realized her feelings for Kevin.
After the Charmed Ones erased everyone's memory about magic, while keeping their crucial memories intact, Cassie dumped Ryan to begin a new relationship with Kevin.
Physical Appearance[]
Cassie was described to be a stunningly beautiful young woman: as petite as a pixie, with model-perfect French-Vogue features, wide dark eyes, wild rainbow streaks of color in her dark pageboy do, a well-tanned complexion, and a well-built physique that anyone would envy and desire.
Appearances[]
Cassie appeared in a total of 1 non-canonical novel throughout the franchise.
