Brian Krause

Brian Krause was born in California, USA on 1 February 1969. A native of Orange County, Brian Krause is best known for his portrayal of Whitelighter Leo Wyatt. He appeared in all eight seasons. Before going into acting, Brian wanted to study medicine.

Son of Alice and Jeff Krause and the younger of two brothers; his older brother is Patrick Krause. As a young teen, Brian wanted to study medicine, but when he took up acting classes as a way to avoid bullying in physical education, he realised he really liked it. He married Beth Bruce in 1996, by whom he has a son, Jamen (born 1996). The couple divorced in 2000. He has two dogs named Penny and Buddy. Krause studied Karate in his teens. He also enjoys playing scrabble.
He dated Alyssa Milano for a while during the third and fourth season.
