Bo Lightfeather

Bo Lightfeather, was a brave half-Indian with the power of premonition and the younger brother to Isabel Lightfeather. Though Bo's power did not work quite the same as Phoebe's he was still able to have visions of the future however they were through his dreams. He inherited his gifts from his father who was a great medicine man named Soaring Crow. In addition to having visions of the future he was able to sense that Cole was evil and receive premonitions directly from Phoebe (specifically a vision of his death).

After Sutter killed the Sheriff, Bo was one of the few who continued to stand up to him. This infuriated Sutter and thus his determination to kill Bo and anyone else who dared stand up to him began.

[edit] The Time Loop

A curse from Bo's father's people meant to heal and to teach the townspeople to act without shame. Because everyone stood around and witnessed Bo's murder the town was cursed into a Time Loop, forced to repeat that single day for 128 years.
