Ben Waters is a Sinoyat Native American, who works at Sierra Sojourn as a maintenance man, trail guide, and bus driver. He graduated Princeton Law School, hoping to become a trial lawyer for his people to defend their lands. Paige Matthews is interested in the young man. He only appears in the book, Spirit of the Wolf.

Early Life[]
Ben grew up hearing stories about his tribe's lost lands and inability to reclaim them. When he grew up, he studied at Princeton and graduated in law major. His goal was to become a trial lawyer for his people.
Protecting His Tribe's Ground[]
To get a better view of the region, he started working at the local resort as a bus driver, a trail guide and maintenance man. He first met Phoebe Halliwell and Paige Matthews when they came to Sierra Sojourn on an assignment given by 415 Magazine. Paige showed interest in Ben, but he constantly dissuaded her advances. However, Phoebe could sense Ben's interest in her as well.
Paige and her sisters helped Ben find evidence needed to reclaim the Sinoyat tribal lands when he went to meet with Vista's CEO, William DeLancey. He asked Paige out afterwards.
