"I told you. I only have the ability to sense great powers, not possess them. That's how I found you, that's how I'll find Ramus. Now, help me do the right thing, Kevin. Bring your superhero back to life, before somebody else loses theirs."
—Arnon to Kevin.[src]

Arnon was a lower-level demon who had the ability to sense great powers, yet did not possess them.

History[]

Finding Kevin[]

When the Elder Ramus decided to retire, Arnon sensed his arrival and wanted to obtain his powers. In order to get what he wanted, he used a teenaged witch named Kevin with the power of Thought Projection.

Arnon manipulated Kevin into helping him and the teenager created a figure known as the Aggressor. However, when his creation accidentally killed a bully named Kaz, Kevin no longer wanted to help Arnon, so the demon threatened him instead by telling him he'd kill his remaining loved ones.

Becoming the Aggressor[]

Kevin secretly turned the Charmed Ones into superheroes to help them stop him from killing Ramus, but when Arnon found out, he forced Kevin to turn him into the Aggressor and then ripped off the portrait of the sisters to strip their new powers. At the manor, he managed to take in Ramus's powers. However, when the sisters and Kevin arrived, Paige orbed the boot where he hid the drawing of the Aggressor and tore it up, causing Arnon to lose his additional powers. He foresaw his death seconds before Piper vanquished him through Molecular Combustion. Ramus's powers then found their way into Kevin's body, making him the new Elder.
