An ancient, powerful magical being that is neither good nor evil, simply neutral. The Angel of Death claims the souls of those who have already passed on and takes them to their proper places in the afterlife. Angels of Death cannot be stopped and never gives up on a claim. The only way to change the fate of one destined to die is to make a plea to the Angel of Destiny.

A witch can see a black shadow following the person who is next on the Angel of Death's list to be taken to their proper place in the afterlife. That shadow is the Angel of Death following it, however when Prue takes a picture of the shadow following a lady it doesn't show up.

The Angel of Death shown in the picture is the one most often seen in Charmed. He is somewhat sensitive concerning the importance of his job, and once recruited Piper as an Angel of Death when she claimed that she had a busier life than him. There is more than one angel of death. One almost took Chris but luckily circumstances changed for him.
