Alastair was an innocent teenaged mortal who became a victim of Paul Haas and Black Heart's scheme to lure the Charmed Ones out of hiding.
History
Alastair was one of the teenagers that were kidnapped for having a name similar to "Alice" from Alice in Wonderland. Alastair was seduced by Black Heart and believed she was leading him to a party. She instead lured him to an alley and trapped him in the sewer, where he lost his mind after being trapped in an illusion with vivid images. According to locals, he was found sometime later.
